SHIPPING
Delivery via normal mail will be paid by us.
However, Registered Mail is strongly encourage. An additional $2.30 is charged for registered mail. To have your items delivered by registered mail, simply select Registered Mail during step 1 of the check out process as follows:
If you choose normal mail, the responsibility is with the buyer. However, if you choose registered mail, we will help you trace the missing package with Singapore Post Office.

Night Delivery
We received numerous feedback that many of you out there are usually not at home when the Postman arrives with your registered articles. We are now offering our shoppers an alternative delivery service:

How does this work?
1. Add this item to your shopping cart before check out
2. Ensure your handphone number is updated in your account with us. You can also key your handphone number in the comments box at checkout.
3. Transfer the total invoice amount to us.
4. Drop us an email at shopping@jkbitches.com.sg once payment is made.
5. Once we have verified your payment, we will contact a cab driver to pick up the items from us. The items will be delivered to your stipulated delivery address between 7pm and 10pm on the next night.
For example, you made payment at 4pm on 17 May 2009 and emailed us the payment details immediately. We will verify the payment and arrange for the cab driver to deliver the items to you on 18 May 2009 between 7pm and 10pm.
6. Our cut off time is 7pm everyday for the items to be delivered on the next night. If you email us your payment details after 8pm, this will only be process the next day.
For example, you emailed us your payment details at 9pm on 18 May 2009, this is after our cut off time for the day. We will only be able to verify your payment on 19 May 2009. Delivery will only take place on 20 May 2009 between 7pm and 10pm.
7. Night delivery service is not avaliable on Sundays. If you make payments on Saturday, the delivery will only take place on Monday night between 7pm and 10pm.
