Once we received your payment, we will mail out your order on the next working day (Mon - Fri, excluding Public Holidays). You will receive the items within one week by normal or registered mail via Singpost. Do you take paypal? No, currently we only accept payment by ATM transfer or internet transfer. No. Delivery is strictly via Normal mail (which is free) or Registered mail (at a charge of $2.30). How can I check my orders status? Which are the in-stock items? and which are pre-order items? We only sell in-stock items. ALL (100%) of the items you see on our website are in-stock unless otherwise stated. What does it mean when it says "This product will be in stock on Sunday 10 May, 2009."? It means the item displayed will only arrive in Singapore on 10 May 2009. You can still add this item to your cart, check out your shopping cart and make payment. Item will be mailed out on the next working day, i.e. 11 May 2009 Monday, for this example. You mentioned in the previous email that my items will be mailed out on Tuesday. How come I did not receive my items on Tuesday? We utilise Singpost service for all our deliveries. Please allow at least THREE working days (Sundays and Public Holidays not included) for the items to reach you. The item may also take slightly longer to reach you in the event of bad weather or before a festive season. Can you arrange for the Postman to deliver my items after 7pm? No, there is no way we can dictate what time the Postman comes. We also cannot predict when he will come. We can only give you an estimated time it takes for the item to reach you. The Postman also works regular hours like you and me. You can opt for our Night Delivery Service if you want to receive your items in the comfort of your home at night. I opted for registered mail, how come my parcel may take up to a week to reach me? Please note that registered mail is not speedpost. Registered mail will usually take the same time to reach you like normal mail. In certain cases, registered mail may take slightly longer to arrive than normal mail. |
