RESPOND TIME

We will reply all emails within 3 days. If you do not receive a reply promptly from us, please check your spam box.

We are not full time Bitches, we hold our own day time jobs. We can only reply to your emails at night. Just like you, we take every other Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays off. Our replies on these days are generally slower.

DELIVERY

Postage via NORMAL MAIL will be paid for by seller. We strongly encourage delivery thru Registered Mail. We charge an additional $2.30 for registered mail regardless of the number of pieces purchased.

All items are delivered via SING POST only. We DO NOT entertain meet ups.

We are also not responsible for any lost mails if you chose to use regular mail.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUNDS. NO TRYING. that we enforce strictly.

We are not responsible for the quality of the products.

There may be slight variation in colour between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects. We will not entertain any request for exchange under such circumstances.

Our measurements are also stated. It is your responsiblity to check you can fit into the clothings before purchase. We will not entertain any request for exchange if the actual item does not fit you.

BULK PURCHASE

We offer a 15% discount off the total invoice amount for a SINGLE purchase of 15 or more items delivered to ONE mailing address. You will automatically qualify for this discount once you have 15 or more pieces in your shopping cart. This discount will be reflected after you check out the shopping cart.
